Intentional. Inaction.

Intentional and inaction became apparent in another part of my life.
While at my regularly scheduled dentist appointment, the dental tech asked about my flossing.

I've come to the conclusion flossing is more out of defense than need ( though I understand there is a very legitimate need). I need to floss to build up my gums so when the dental tech flosses, it doesn't hurt so much.

I manage to floss for about 2 months after an appointment, then I play catch up for the week or two before the appointment to get my gums ready.

Again. Intention needs to be coupled with action.

Intention.
Action.
Healthy.

I'm working on the intention and action part of this health plan.
