It is a shifting process, getting to healthy.
One has blips and backslides--minor and major. Then a form of regret, the next day.
Regret at not making better decisions, but knowing you have to live with those decisions.
Its a matter of reflecting, assessing, and redefining.
What is 'full'?
What is hungry?
How much do I need to eat?
I continually redefine what my impressions of a serving is, and its usually smaller.
I continually assess why I ate such a big meal, and how I could redefine what I should eat, and then stick to that redefinition.
Its an evolution, getting to healthy.
