Intentional. with purpose, focus, effort.
Forward: running, walking, biking, rowing ( ok, so its backwards)
Motion: movement. Creating a cardio workout.
(Nothing against yoga and pilates.)
Intentional Forward Motion. To make a conscious and intentional decision to exercise. To do so in a way that will add to one's health. One needs to exercise with intention and focus, expending energy. Cardio exercise is one of the best ways to expend calories.
